a time I couldn't stop laughing

A time I couldn't stop laughing was when the band director wasn't here so the orchestra teacher took over class. The orchestra is playing a few pieces that require band instruments, so a few of our top players are playing with them. Rehearsal time with them is limited, so the orchestra teacher took the missing director as an opportunity. Unfortunately my good friend, a bassoon player, decided to sit between me and the trumpets that day. Have you ever heard a bassoon before? The trumpets started giggling and didn't stop, and soon that laughter spread to all of the brass. 

Today in class we presented our The Color Purple videos.

It was interesting to see everyone's videos. There were things I could definitely improve upon I learned, but the next time we make videos I will remember these things and make my video even better.

 The perfect day with someone I care about would start with getting lunch. Then afterwards we'd spend some quality time together. Maybe we'd watch a movie, or bake cookies. We could go out and do something exciting but I'd rather stay in the comfort of my own home. To end the day we'd have a nice dinner, preferably something cooked at home. Today in class we finished our one-pager assignments. I'm pretty happy with how mine turned out, it looks pretty accurate to the layout that I had in mind. I did see another student draw a phoenix on their assignment though, and I kinda regret choosing the sun because the phoenix is way cooler.

gender roles

 Today in class we discussed gender roles. It was interesting to hear everyone's views on gender, and I think that was the most vocal discussion our class has had. I liked today's lesson because I'm more aware of gender roles than I am of my family history or my ethnic culture. Especially because I am a more masculine presenting woman who is attracted to other women. Nothing out of the ordinary happened today, but for lunch we were served cheese rippers which are my favorite!
